WOA Entertainment (also known as WOA International) and all it’s subdivisions, including but not limited to WOAFM99 , WOA Records & Studios, WOA Films, Goa Chillout Zone, Independent No.1’s and their relevant websites is registered as a proprietorship in Goa,India.
We care about your privacy and security. This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") sets out how any information, including personal information, that we collect from you or that you provide to us will be collected and used. Please read it carefully. If you don't agree to it and don't want to be bound by it, then you won't be able to use the parts of WOA International that require registration. If you do register, we will assume that you accept this Privacy Policy. We may have to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Each change will become effective when posted and we will assume that your continued use of woarecords.com amd all it’s sub divisions (WOAFM99.com WOAtv.tv goachilloutzone.com independentnumberones.com and WOAfilms.com) after posting is your acceptance of the change.
For registration, we ask you for your email address and your general location (as well as a username and password). If you want, you can provide us with plenty of other information about yourself and your music preferences once you're registered. We store all the information you provide to us on secure servers. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will only hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is reasonably necessary.

Before we stream music to you as listener, we may confirm and log your IP address in order to confirm your location.

We collect information about you when you interact, correspond or enter into a Transaction with us whether by telephone, by electronic mail or by submitting the information through our websites or service applications. We will only ask for the information required for the Transaction in order to process your enquiries and to improve our services and handle it in accordance with the Data Protection legislation in various countries.
